- Investment strategies and joint venture models designed for banks, energy suppliers and municipal utilities – with investment volumes in excess of €50 million, geared towards sustainable value creation and partnership-based scaling.
- Renewable energies strengthened as a portfolio component: participation in the development and structuring of battery storage projects with a capacity of more than 250 MW, embedded in long-term transformation strategies.
- Digital platforms and marketplace models for banks (RBI, savings banks) as well as pan-European industry platforms such as BEARING X strategically co-developed – as the basis for new value creation systems in B2B.
- Structured, piloted and entrepreneurially managed technology initiatives from blockchain to augmented reality and AI in collaboration with innovation leaders such as CEWE and COLEP.

Roots in business, foresight through science
Alexander Witte started his career in management positions at KRAFT Foods, with international responsibility in brand management and direct P&L responsibility in billion-dollar markets.
He studied International Business Administration and also completed an MBA at the renowned Lincoln University (UK) – as a basis for a career at the interface of strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Alexander Witte is actively involved in the boards of directors and trustees of scientific and business-related institutions – such as the Wolfgang Ritter Foundation and the Stifterverband – with the clear aim of making educational opportunities fairer. His particular concern: Promoting young academics from disadvantaged social contexts and opening up new prospects for them through targeted support – for example with PhD studies in Europe. In doing so, he not only contributes experience, but also attitude: excellence must not be a question of origin.
As a member of the German Energy Storage Association and other technology initiatives, he is actively involved in shaping the future of sustainable business models – in business, science and society.

In addition to his economic and social commitment, Alexander Witte has also been promoted as an artist: As part of Expo 2000, he presented his own work as part of the official art exhibition of the world fair.
